Gif of the building process of the intervention. Photographs Tommi Teronen.
The LITTLE POT EXHIBITION consisted of 107 unfired clay pots, and it took place in public stairs in Suvilahti. I wanted to study the character of the place, and to experiment, if I could explore the district by piece of art. I manipulated the place for one week by using unfired clay objects.
Instead of answers, the artwork opened new questions. One of its dimensions are the limits of our society. How visible are they, and are there same boundaries for everyone? What am I allowed to do in our society? How this society effects on me? The evolving process was documented by photographing and diary.
